Installation:

Copy CVS.EXE to a convenient spot.  Define a symbol "CVS" as described
in README.VMS in the source distribution.

See the source distribution for more information; that is where all
the documentation is.

See ../../vms for auxiliary programs, including PATCH.EXE (used by CVS),
and GZIP.EXE and TAR.EXE (used to unpack the source distribution).
