You're talking to an application running under GHEAR.
GHEAR is the Generic HTTP-Enabled Application Responder.
It's not pronounced "Fear" for nothing!
This is a Java wrapper class that allows any process to have a simple web interface. The class will still need to have it's own reporting and/or interrogation functions, but won't have to set up listener sockets, etc. GHEAR also provides some other useful basic functions like runtime metrics reporting, etc.
