         This package contains a programme to plot data on a VAXSTATION
         using GKS and Screen Manager. 
         
         The following inputs have been implimented
         1. Plot from DECUS Analyticalc spread sheet files
         2. Plot from a table of data in text format
         3. PLot from terminal input.
         
         On completion of a satisfactory plot data can be formatted to send
         to a hard copy device. During hard copy generation various types
         of annotation can be added to produce a publication ready graph.
         
         Files contained in this submission are:
         1. Fortran Source Files
         2. Compiled Object Files
         3. Run EXE file.
         4. Programme Build Command File .
         
         As submitted programme is compiled to output to a VAXSTATION GPX
         with hard copy in HPGLC Format, instructions are given in the manual
         to change the display and hard copy device.
