DGTAPE is used to read Data General tapes on a VAX.  Its use is
somewhat straightforward, if you are used to the way DG does things.

seems to work well, and as far as I can tell, no other DECUS VAX
utility does what it does.

I made a few cosmetic changes to the input prompting, and added some
help files.
